What we do, in plain English.
If your galvanized pipes are giving you brown water in the morning or pinhole leaks in the wall, you're on borrowed time. Same story with the CPVC that got installed all over Austin in the 90s: it goes brittle around year 25 and starts failing at the fittings.
We repipe with Uponor PEX-A: the highest-grade PEX made, expansion fittings only (no crimp rings to fail), and a 25-year manufacturer warranty. The re-pipe itself takes two days for a typical three-bedroom. Water is off during the workday only.
We plan the run to minimize drywall cuts, and we patch and texture the cuts we do make. You should not be able to find where we worked.
Every job includes:
- Whole-home diagnostic and pressure test before quote
- Uponor PEX-A supply with 25-year manufacturer warranty
- Fewest possible drywall cuts, patched and textured
- Two-day water shutoff maximum for a typical 3-bedroom
- Permit pulled and inspection passed
- One-year post-install pressure re-test at no charge
